Seminar "Integrated Motor Transport Business Management on the Base of IFS Application, a World Leader in the Field of Integrated Solutions", which was held by PMCG, opened the intellectual part of the second exhibition day.

Sergiy Korneyev, Director of PMCG and Dmytro Shekhvatov, Deputy Director of KFC, Russia, came to introduce IFS Application.

In general, some approaches and techniques relating to optimization of managerial, financial and economic activities of the company were discussed at the seminar.

PMCG promotes in Ukraine the solution based on IFS Application in association with KFS, Moscow, which helps employ a considerable Russian experience in the application of this system.

Meeting with Ecology Company at the seminar "State-of-the-art Technologies of Factory, Downpour and Grease Sewage Cleaning with the Application of OY LABKO, Finland Equipment" was very productive.

Seminar "Application of Up-to-date Decorative Trim in Motor Service" by Walzer gathered a great audience.

The Walzer decorative trim is a joint development of Inter-Harz, Germany and Walzer Ukraine. Both companies set the problem to develop the product competitive with the best world standards at agreeable price.

While developing the formula, the companies were considering destructive influence of salt, which is widely used to clean the Ukrainian roads, hard water and the consequences of negligent automobile maintenance. The Walzer decorative trim includes soap, shampoo, active foam, glass cleaning agent, automobile interior cleaning agent, wheel and engine cleaners.

Today, Walzer is also active in research & pilot studies and market researches. Executives of the company told the audience about some results of their researches.

The car wash business in Ukraine is now at the initial stage of its development. Only 20-50 car washes emerge yearly in our country that, of course, is not enough to sate the market with relating services. According to Walzer experts, as time goes by, the competition in this sector will grow tougher, and, therefore, the competitors, who take an option on advanced equipment, expert service and establishment of favourable client-oriented conditions, they would succeed.

A longstanding participant of Autoexpo fairs Lukoil Ukraine stepped up to the present fairs with the programs provided for application of state-of-the-art technologies, fuel quality improvement, maintenance and management.

Today, the 164 Lukoil Ukraine service stations equipped with SK 700 fuel dispensers operate in the country and represent modern convenience facilities. The main peculiarity of SK 700 fuel dispensers is their quick priming; precision fuel metering; auxiliary fuel quality controlling devices; Internet-service.

Thanks to this equipment, the company has introduced computerized fuel quality control system. This system unites all service stations and thus enables to follow and respond to all changes occurring within service stations, from reservoir refilling to fuel quality control.

Another innovation by Lukoil It is the biosorbent, a new development of the Ukrainian scientists. When interacting with oil products, this substance decomposes them into volatile hydrocarbon and arboreal ashes, which, in fact, is a natural fertilizer.

Today, the development of gas service-producing industries is one of the priority kinds of Lukoil Ukraine activity. Commissioning of the gas filling station in Boryspil in 2002, with the capacity of 10 thousand tons a year, was a stage in the realization of the targeted program.

By the end of 2003, the company plans to extend the network of gas filling stations up to 40 units and install modular exchange posts for domestic compressed air bottles as well as to convert a part of city transport from customary fuel to gas traction.

Thus, being a leader of Ukraine's oil market, Lukoil Ukraine also occupied a foremost position in the application of up-to-date technologies to all scopes of its activity. It gives a good reason to say that the company grows in terms of quality services provided for end users.
