General rules and conditions of participation in the Exhibition

The exhibitor will not be registered for participation in the Exhibition unless "AUTOEXPO" receives the following documents (deadline is indicated in application form):

Application for participation in the Exhibition (with the indication of required exhibition space)
Application for additional services
Application for entry in the official exhibition catalogue and advertising space reservation
Draft sketch of the stand indicating a required layout of equipment, furniture and power supply connection points for co-ordination with the architect
List of booth attendants (not later than 2 weeks before the commencement of exhibition)
List of exhibits with the indication of weight, dimensions, value

All application forms have to be legibly completed and certified with a signature of the General Manager and the company's seal.

On receipt of these applications, "AUTOEXPO" and the Exhibitor will conclude a contract.

All changes and additions to this and other application forms have to be certified with a signature of the General Manager and the company's seal.

For deriving all above mentioned documents you should address in Company "AUTOEXPO". The application forms for participation and on the publication in the catalogue can be downloaded on a page appropriate given exhibition.

Banks, telecommunications facilities (telephone, fax, Internet), various organizational equipment, medical care will be at the disposal of participants and guests during the Exhibition. A number of cafes, bars will be working in the territory of the National Exhibition Center. We accept requests to serve receptions.
